Refund policy
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 calendar days after you receive your order.
Items must meet all requirements below to qualify for a refund or exchange:
- Goods are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original factory packaging.
- All tags, accessories, manuals and original boxes are complete.
- Customized, clearance, personalized and perishable goods are non-refundable and non-returnable.
2. Return Process
- Submit a return request via our store contact email before sending items back. Please attach your order number and product photos.
- We will send you a confirmed return shipping address within 24 working hours.
- You are responsible for all return shipping fees unless the item arrives defective, broken or wrong.
3. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 3–7 business days.
Refunds will go back to your original payment method. Bank processing delays of 5–10 days may apply depending on your card issuer.
4. Damaged & Wrong Items
If your order arrives broken, defective or mismatched, please email us with clear photos/videos within 7 days of delivery. We will offer free reshipment, partial discount or full refund without return shipping cost.
